Reflexology (Clinical)

Reflexology is a therapy that is primarily centred on the feet. It is based on the Anatomical Reflection theory which states that as the body is accurately reflected in the feet, we are therefore able to work on any issues found within the body through the related reflex in the feet.
The methods I use involve thumb walking across the relevant area or applying light pressure with the fingers to affected points, also known as acupressure. It is not like a massage but a more gentle approach.
This modality has been found to assist the body on a wholistic basis – meaning on all levels – physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually.
